In partnership with Bad Weather, Moonsport helped Totalsports refresh and elevate its presence at the 2025 Two Oceans Marathon Expo. The goal was to transform the brand space into a premium, aspirational, and immersive environment that resonated deeply with the running community.

We embraced a digitised approach, introducing large-scale LED screens and strategic lighting to create a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere that reflected the spirit of performance and movement. The design encouraged interaction, discovery, and connection, turning the expo space into more than just a retail presence. It became an experience. The “What’s Your Why?” interactive wall was at the heart of the activation. Every runner has a reason for lacing up, and we invited them to share their stories. From personal triumphs to moments of resilience, the wall quickly became a vibrant hub of inspiration and connection. This powerful storytelling moment allowed runners to engage with the Totalsports brand in a personal and meaningful way.
